Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Gammy (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

PixelGuild grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes on any macOS device you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

3. Prerequisites

Gammy requires the Google Cloud CLI (gcloud) to be installed on your system. Gammy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. “Google Cloud” and “gcloud” are trademarks of Google LLC.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. PIXELGUILD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXELGUILD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PIXELGUILD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

PIXELGUILD’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (WHICH MAY BE ZERO).

6. Your Data

Gammy reads gcloud configuration files stored locally on your device. It does not transmit your data to any server. You are solely responsible for your gcloud configuration and any changes Gammy makes on your behalf (by invoking gcloud commands).

7. Third-Party Services

Gammy invokes the Google Cloud CLI to interact with Google Cloud Platform services. PixelGuild is not responsible for the availability or behavior of Google Cloud services or the gcloud CLI.

8. Updates

PixelGuild may release updates to the Software at its discretion. You are not obligated to install updates. PixelGuild may discontinue the Software at any time without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

PixelGuild reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which PixelGuild is located.
